Each brand holds a leading position in its respective market, earning numerous awards from consumer surveys. **Job Mission:** Ensure the manufacturing of food products within quality and safety standards, aiming to enhance contribution to production progress regarding both processes and people. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure adherence to production scheduling with respect to deadlines, cost, quality, and productivity; * Ensure compliance with and train employees on required operational procedures and regulations; * Address daily anomalies and report them to the immediate supervisor; * Guide, develop, and evaluate individual and team *performance*; * Request and monitor maintenance services; * Suggest manufacturing process optimizations and necessary investments; * Communicate monthly management indicator and PLR (Profit Sharing Plan) results to the team; * Contribute to producing high-quality, safe products meeting established standards through sensory analysis of finished products and adherence to process controls; * Verify proper functioning of machinery and correct use of safety equipment; * Support cleaning and organization of the production line by distributing cleaning supplies, directing and monitoring scheduled activities, and conducting line inspections; * Ensure smooth operation of the production process concerning workforce management (e.g., leave, vacation, overtime bank, tardiness, and early departures); * Maintain organization of the production line by identifying alternatives to resolve potential staffing shortages or workstation deficiencies, while ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and keeping the team disciplined and motivated; * Complete the daily logbook (if applicable), documenting all occurrences of the day; * Comply with and ensure execution of the company’s Food Safety requirements. * Ensure implementation, delivery, and monitoring of excellence programs and legal requirements adopted by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies in related areas preferred; * Minimum 6 months of team leadership experience; * Availability for rotating shifts: 5x2 and/or 12x36. **Preferred qualifications:** * Occupational health and safety regulations, food safety standards, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures); * Familiarity with Food Defense and Food Fraud concepts; * GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) (annual); * Digital mindset and proficiency with digital tools; * Aptitude for continuous improvement tools. **Additional Information** * Welcoming, collaborative, and opportunity-rich work environment; * Competitive salary; * Health insurance plan with optional dependent coverage under favorable conditions; * Dental insurance plan with optional dependent coverage; * Physical wellness support via gym partnerships through the Wellhub app; * Life insurance; * On-site cafeteria / Meal allowance (varies by unit); * Electronic basic food basket card; * PLR — Profit Sharing Plan; * Transportation allowance / Company shuttle service (varies by unit); * Discount agreements for purchasing products and services from partner companies; * Extended paternity leave of 15 days; * Hybrid work model*; * *Applicable only to select positions* Candidate, we want to provide you with an excellent experience during our selection process; to do so, please: * Accurately enter your personal details, including CPF, email, and phone number; * Monitor your inbox and spam folder regularly; * Note that we may also contact you by phone, primarily using DDD 85.
