Join this team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct calculation and analysis of the Company's management results, demonstrating strong analytical capability, critical business insight, and proactive generation of management information; * Responsible for building, planning, and managing the Company's Budget, acting strategically; * Responsible for reconciliations, variance analysis, and key performance indicators to support decision-making; analyze results to rationalize activities and resource allocation, identify and highlight improvement opportunities; * Responsible for improving analytical tools to enhance speed in obtaining results; * Conduct training sessions and disseminate analytical methodologies; * Act preventively and consultatively regarding business opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics; * Postgraduate degree in Controller's Office or related field; * Experience in management analysis, at a senior level; * Minimum of 4 years' experience in the controller's office function; * Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of Power BI; Experience working with retail KPIs; * Communication skills, proactivity, teamwork, collaboration, and analytical ability complete the profile. **Additional Information** * Location: Grendene \- Farroupilha\| RS * Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM Our story has been built over 50 years, driven by simplicity and the collaboration of hands that, with every step, imprint their love for everything they do!
