**Intermittent Doorman Position (with possible opportunities for permanent vacancies)** Salary: $9.05 per hour + VT paid into bank account, up to $21.00 per day (6% deduction if opted in) + VR $21.00 Contract: CLT – Permanent position Work location: Claro S/A, central region and nearby areas. Workdays and hours: 12-hour shifts followed by 36-hour breaks ️ The intermittent doorman will cover absences, leaves, and other occurrences at the workplace. The intermittent worker’s salary is based on hours worked; payment will be made on the fifth business day of the following month. The contract is CLT-based, entitling the employee to proportional vacation pay and 13th salary. * Attendance is recorded on the 15th and 16th of each month; during this period, the number of days worked is calculated and payment issued on the fifth business day of the month. * VT is paid via bank account on the payroll, proportionally based on days worked. * VR is provided via ticket card, credited according to the number of days worked. ✅ JOB REQUIREMENTS Requirements * Proficiency in computer use, registration procedures, spreadsheet skills, and Microsoft Office suite—or ability to develop these competencies * Strong communication skills, commitment, and excellent customer service attitude * High school diploma (or equivalent) ➡️ Responsibilities: Control access for Claro building clients, employees, and visitors; enter registration data into systems; and perform other duties pertinent to the role as directed by the supervisor.
