




**Description:** Evaluate the drawing to define the ideal programming method; Perform manual programming using the machine's own resources; Use CAM when necessary, requesting 3D drawings from engineering; Perform CNC programming in ISO language using a computer and transfer it to the machine; Analyze the production order and drawing to plan the operation; Adjust, prepare, and secure parts and tools; Produce the first piece for measurement and adjustments according to the drawing; Monitor measurements during manufacturing processes; Separate non-conforming parts and inform management for guidance on disposal; Assist in testing with new tooling to increase productivity; Organize and manage tools for the CNC equipment department; Prepare measuring instruments required for the process; Report any machine maintenance issues to the supervisor; Occasionally operate conventional lathes, machining centers, milling machines, drills, and thread-cutting machines; Move parts and materials using applicable handling equipment only when qualified and authorized, following safety standards; Perform other duties relevant to the position; Dispose of operation-generated waste properly and in designated areas; Keep the workplace clean and organized; Properly use the required PPE for the job. **Compensation Notes:**
