PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Mobilization Agent **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Fixed-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the candidate upon notification of approval; the candidate must inform availability for the scheduled shift. A candidate who declines the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 4606\.75 **UNIT:** Rua Joana Guindani Tonello Industrial \| Bento Gonçalves RS \- 95706300 **Job Summary:** Plans, organizes, and executes internal and external events and activities to promote SEST SENAT services and acquire customers, driving the institution’s vehicle along designated routes/itineraries to meet outreach and lecture demands targeting the transportation sector public. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** COMPLETED HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION. The required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only applicable for up to 180 days following degree completion). VALID BRAZILIAN DRIVER'S LICENSE CATEGORY “D”. **PROOF:** Copy of valid driver’s license. COMPLETION OF SPECIALIZED TRAINING COURSE FOR DRIVERS OF COLLECTIVE AND PASSENGER TRANSPORT VEHICLES (within validity period). **PROOF:** Diploma/Certificate and/or DETRAN BCA page. **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND/OR TRAINING. **PROOF:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be provided via: a) Copy of the Work and Social Security Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the Digital Work Card, including identification details and employer registration, start and end dates (if applicable), supplemented by item “b” if the position alone is insufficient to demonstrate required experience; b) Or employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and description of duties carried out; c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” if the position alone is insufficient to demonstrate required experience.
