Description:
Field of study: Engineering, Information Technology, and/or related fields.
Minimum education level: Completed Bachelor's degree
Preferred education level: Currently pursuing postgraduate studies
Desirable experience: 3 years in this role or similar
Driver's license category B
* Perform tasks while receiving instructions when necessary;
* Possess extensive technical knowledge, formal education, experience, and independence in the role;
* Be responsible for monitoring and executing medium- and high-complexity projects and tasks within their
* area of expertise related to research and project development, processes, application, automation, products,
* research and development;
* Develop and execute projects, potentially managing and coordinating personnel;
* Coordinate and schedule best practices related to their field of expertise;
* Lead or actively participate in a specific process within the area requiring specialized knowledge;
* Provide guidance on how the area can address organizational needs;
* Actively participate in all phases of the project development lifecycle;
* Be responsible for defining business requirements and recommending a technical approach to fulfill such
* requirements;
* Supervise development, testing, and implementation, verifying whether the final product/project meets the
* defined requirements;
* Actively participate in multiple working groups simultaneously and disseminate information across all
* levels of the company;
* Articulate and communicate information effectively to diverse audiences;
* Coordinate control over archiving records of activities performed under their responsibility;
* Prepare managerial reports requested by senior management;
* Commit to the following areas: Quality Management, Environment, and Occupational Safety and Health;
* Perform other tasks related to those described above at the organization's discretion, per the immediate supervisor's
* guidance.
