We are hiring a **BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST** to join our team. This position will be based at our headquarters in Toledo – PR. **Responsibilities:** * Collect, process, and organize data from ERP, CRM, and SQL databases. * Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards focused on sales, sales funnel, team performance, channels, and customers. * Integrate data across systems, ensuring data consistency, quality, and reliability. * Automate recurring reports and dashboards to optimize processes and reduce rework. * Monitor data quality and support improvements in information flows. * Support the commercial leadership team and the BI team with ad-hoc analyses, data extractions, and simulations. * Contribute to the development and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs). * Monitor CRM usage and evolution, supporting improvements, projects, and team adoption. * Provide technical and functional support to business areas on topics related to data and systems under BI responsibility. * Document data processes and transformations, contributing to information governance. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Agronomy, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with BI tools.
