




* Act **strategically and operationally** across all HR subsystems and Payroll Department activities. * Lead **recruitment and selection** processes and conduct **onboarding of new employees**. * Plan and monitor **training, development, and performance appraisal initiatives**. * Supervise **Payroll Department** routines, including **payroll processing, hiring, terminations, vacations, time tracking, and benefits administration**. * Ensure compliance with **labor and social security regulations**. * Support leadership teams on **people management topics, feedback, and communication**. * Monitor and analyze **HR metrics** (turnover, absenteeism, employee engagement, etc.). * Develop and update **policies, procedures, and internal controls** within the people department. * Participate in **strategic meetings** and contribute with analyses and improvement proposals. * Promote **employee engagement, organizational climate, and internal marketing initiatives**. * Strengthen the **organizational culture** and support the creation of a healthy, collaborative, and productive work environment.
