We are looking for a **Product Development Analyst** who is organized, engaged, and competent in activities related to the **Product Research and Development Department**, and who wishes to be part of a team committed to results. If you have experience in this role and familiarity with the industry, we would like to meet you. \#VemSerEmpresasTodeschini **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and technically detail products, ensuring production feasibility and quality. * Specify materials, hardware, finishes, and technical solutions. * Prepare, maintain, and update technical datasheets, bills of materials, and other product-related technical documentation. * Monitor prototype manufacturing, assembly, and validation, identifying opportunities for technical and production improvements. * Perform technical adjustments resulting from functional, production, and usability testing. * Ensure projects align with industrial processes and factory production capabilities. * Collaborate with suppliers to validate technical specifications for components, materials, and construction solutions. * Manage technical revisions and continuous improvements for existing products. **Requirements and Qualifications** If you: * Hold a completed Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Carpentry, or related fields; * Possess basic computer skills; * Have knowledge and experience with CAD software: AutoCAD, Solid Edge, Solid Works, Promob, or similar; * Understand technical drawing reading and preparation; * Have experience with prototyping and product testing; It is a plus if you have: * Experience with industrial costing and material optimization; * Knowledge of technical standards applicable to the furniture industry; \#VemSerEmpresasTodeschini **Additional Information** What we offer you: Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) Private Pension Plan Education Incentive Cafeteria (lunch) Snack (breakfast) Rancho Program Birthday Cake Health Insurance Plan On-site Medical and Dental Care Daycare Christmas Bonus Christmas Gifts for Employees’ Children Working Hours: 7:20 AM to 5:18 PM (Monday to Friday) Authentically Brazilian, Todeschini companies take pride in their history, built over more than 80 years.
