* Verify cargo volumes physically and in the system during loading and unloading; * Evaluate vehicle loading conditions (Check-list); * Identify any non-conformities found; * Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions; * Monitor and direct cargo movements according to each destination; * Assess loading conditions to ensure proper vehicle space utilization; * Ensure the physical quality conditions of loaded products; * Generate practical improvement actions within the operation. * **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Basic computer skills; * Availability to work shifts; * Experience with WMS (desirable); * Experience in cross docking operations (desirable). Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st degree)
