Familiarity with monitoring and backup tools We are seeking an **Infrastructure Analyst** to provide support and maintenance for the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, and performance of environments. This professional will support the infrastructure team's operational activities, collaborating in monitoring routines, server and network administration, backups, and internal user support. #### **Responsibilities** * Support server administration and maintenance (Windows and/or Linux); * Perform environment monitoring and respond to infrastructure incidents; * Assist in configuration and troubleshooting of local networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi); * Execute backup routines, system updates, and asset inventory; * Support workstation and peripheral installation, configuration, and maintenance; * Provide support for IT infrastructure requests and log incidents in the ticketing system; * Collaborate with the team on technology improvement and upgrade projects. #### **Requirements** * Technical or higher education degree in **Information Technology**, **Computer Networks**, **Information Systems**, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of **Windows and Linux operating systems**; * Understanding of **networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)**; * Familiarity with **monitoring** and **backup** tools; * Strong analytical ability and willingness to learn; * Collaborative mindset and problem-solving focus. #### **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)** * Experience with **cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)**; * Knowledge of **task automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python)**; * Certifications such as **CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL Foundation**, or equivalent.
