Description: * Experience in Datacenter administration: servers, firewalls, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, among others. * Experience with Windows Server and virtualization solutions. * Knowledge of hosting and managing cloud-based services (Cloud). * Experience with VLANs, VPNs, and QoS. * TCP-IP networking: understanding of transmission control protocols between computers and devices (computer networks). * Information security: ability to implement internal information security processes (policies, procedures, and practices for handling and confidentiality of information and systems). * Minimum of 3 years of experience as an infrastructure analyst as described above. * Note: This is an on-site position. * Monitor network equipment operation to correct issues and/or identify improvement opportunities; * Jointly perform, with immediate supervisor, maintenance of server and network infrastructure, along with routines, procedures, or practices ensuring network security; * Implement, monitor, and periodically test backup procedures for critical data and systems, as well as maintain and execute disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of failures or major incidents; * Identify opportunities and develop/implement scripts or tools to automate routine tasks related to infrastructure maintenance, monitoring, configuration, and provisioning, aiming to optimize operational efficiency and reduce manual errors; * Continuously analyze performance of systems, servers, and network, identifying bottlenecks and proposing/implementing improvements to optimize service performance, availability, and scalability; * Participate in improvement or innovation projects within your area of responsibility, according to demands from Bertolini Group companies; * Interact and negotiate with external service providers and partners to resolve issues within your area of responsibility. 251012020224649253
