Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks of the Role** **The Systems Coordinator is a professional responsible for leading the systems area, ensuring operational excellence, data security and integrity, continuous evolution of systemic solutions, and alignment with the organization's business objectives. This position is accountable for coordinating teams, processes, projects, and technologies, ensuring that corporate systems effectively and securely support company operations.** * Coordinate systems analysis processes at the tactical level, overseeing planning, identifying issues, evaluating adopted solutions, discussing, proposing, and defining improvement and process qualification actions, aiming to meet demands and contribute to the strategic objectives of the unit/company. * Manage people, monitoring performance, delegating responsibilities, providing feedback, defining staffing plans, hiring, dismissals, promotions, performance evaluations, vacation scheduling, and other related activities. * Ensure the necessary resources are available for teams to carry out their activities within parameters defined by the company. * Jointly manage, with the immediate supervisor, the organization’s corporate system, its database, integrations, and administration of administrative, technical, and managerial processes. * Diagnose needs for implementing changes to the company’s corporate system. * Propose and implement new IT solutions, identifying supply options, technically evaluating proposals together with the infrastructure manager and supervisor, and subsequently testing and monitoring new and/or modified systems, collaborating with end users to assess performance and improvements. * Coordinate contact with vendors of software used in company administration, including contracts, support, and implementation of enhancements. * Be responsible for developing, maintaining, and validating procedures related to processes under their responsibility. * Identify potential suppliers and contract external services when required, monitoring service delivery. * Support business areas in developing key users. * Lead demand and systems project portfolio management, covering requirement gathering, analysis and refinement of business needs, prioritization, internal team delivery capacity assessment, identification and management of external resources, and budgetary control—aiming to optimize resource allocation and maximize the value delivered by IT solutions. * Be directly accountable for results in areas under their responsibility, taking action to ensure achievement of defined objectives. * Control departmental budget, monitoring planned versus actual expenditures, reporting discrepancies and their causes to the immediate supervisor, and jointly developing corrective action plans. * Qualify processes by identifying, promoting, and implementing innovations and differentiated solutions, validating applicability of new technologies, knowledge/practices, and tools. * Ensure proper use and awareness regarding conservation of available resources (machines, equipment, tools, uniforms, PPE), in compliance with Safety Standards, and encourage workplace cleanliness and organization. * Comply with, enforce, and promote adherence to company standards and procedures, quality and environmental management, and occupational health and safety. **Mandatory Requirements** * **Required:** + People Management: Apply appropriate methods and techniques for managing people in teams, such as situational leadership, conflict resolution, feedback techniques, coaching, mentoring, among others. + Agile Methodologies and Project Management. + Office Suite: Applications facilitating daily tasks, such as creating and updating documents, preparing presentations, generating reports, communicating, etc. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, among others). + Information Security: Ability to apply internal information security processes (policies, procedures, and practices for handling and confidentiality of information and systems). + Practical experience and functional knowledge of integrated corporate systems (ERP such as SAP, TOTVS, Primus, Oracle EBS; CRM such as Salesforce; BI platforms), including modules, integrations, and customizations. + Ability to elicit complex business requirements, analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose efficient technological solutions.
