




Description: Assess the operating conditions of equipment and machine components; Perform adjustments, calibrations, and replacement of parts in accordance with current technical standards; Complete service order records, identifying the cause of the problem, specifying the solution, and providing technical details; Identify part information and codes from catalogs and electronic files for material procurement; Fabricate and/or modify metallic structures used in production, such as metalworking and painting tasks; Pay attention to workplace conditions to carry out assigned tasks following safety guidelines and precautions; Perform metalworking tasks, sheet metal cutting, welding, and repairs on steam and exhaust piping; Implement required safety measures and procedures outlined in autonomous maintenance documentation and IOC documents to ensure proper equipment operation and provide guidance to machine operators; Maintain organization of departmental tools and request replenishment when necessary; Participate in failure root cause analysis using ACR methodology; Implement One-Point Lessons (OPLs); Participate in failure root cause analysis using ACR methodology; Perform other duties as required by the department. **REQUIREMENTS:** Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering; Basic pneumatics; LID and Metrology; NR 10, NR 11, NR 12, and NR 35.
