Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze KPIs, perform data comparisons, develop Power BI dashboards, possess experience building advanced financial models and views, and automate reporting deliverables; * Analyze and monitor P&L and cash flow performance across the entire business; * Monitor the business’s strategic plan and track performance indicators such as pricing, fixed and variable costs, factory productivity, inventory levels, inflation, and expenses; * Proficiency in managerial reporting and presentations for senior leadership; * Analyze monthly results and build financial models for P&L and cash flow, with strong skills in volume-based financial analysis; * Interface with multiple departments to identify opportunities and understand variances in financial close reports and financial models (Forecast / Budget and Business Plan). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering; * Proficiency in Power BI, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel); * Knowledge of SQL and Knime is desirable; * Experience developing Forecast / Budget and Business Plans; * Experience modeling COGS, inventory movements, provisions, and non-moving inventory items; * Proactive profile with strong analytical thinking and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with partner departments. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
