At CPFL, you’ll find a solid environment to grow with confidence—security to evolve and space to build a purpose-driven future. **Junior Occupational Safety Technician** Where you’ll work: Bento Gonçalves Work model: On-site Company: CPFL RGE **Prerequisites:** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Active registration with the Ministry of Labour (MTE) as an Occupational Safety Technician; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with Standardized Task Manuals; * Knowledge of Regulatory Norms (NR), especially NR-10 and NR-35; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license category B (or higher); * Availability for travel; * Must reside in Bento Gonçalves or a neighboring city (upon assuming the position). **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Support maintenance of ISO 45001 certification by updating OSH management systems, conducting audits, and advising process managers and other employees on compliance with internal and external standards and all applicable OSH legislation; * Conduct inspections/field visits with teams and facilities, auditing, monitoring, and advising on compliance with technical and legal safety requirements—including use of PPE, tools, equipment, and environmental safety conditions; * Deliver lectures and monitor training programs related to prevention of personal injuries (injuries and occupational diseases), material losses, and environmental damage; * Monitor development of accident and occupational health risk prevention programs (PGR, PCMAT, PCA, etc.), periodically review preventive actions/measures, develop emergency response plans, advise emergency response teams, and coordinate simulation exercises; * Advise CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) on its routine obligations and keep records required by the Ministry of Labour up to date; * Analyze work methods, processes, and new technologies to identify risk factors and propose their elimination or control to maintain satisfactory safety conditions; * Advise/support activities carried out by contract managers of service providers and/or representatives of contracted companies; * Support decentralized procurement of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), complementing corporate-level administration (development, budgeting, purchasing, receiving, and inventory management). **What we offer:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Food allowance; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Childcare allowance (subject to eligibility criteria); * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Wellhub; * “Talk to Me” Program (free, confidential telephone-based support for psychological, legal, financial, and social assistance). **Learn more about us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and boast a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in **power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.** Since 2017, the Group has been part of State Grid—the world’s largest electric power company—strengthening our growth strategy and leadership position in Brazil’s electric power sector.
