This role involves supervising technological processes, implementing improvements, and resolving issues to guarantee service continuity and internal and external user satisfaction. * Responsibilities: * Manage and monitor network infrastructure and servers, ensuring data security and availability. * Analyze and resolve technological incidents, maintaining gym operations with minimal interruptions. * Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes, aiming for operational efficiency and innovation. * Collaborate with teams from other departments to understand their technological needs and ensure IT solutions are appropriate. * Provide technical support to staff and train them on proper system usage. * Supervise interns and new team members, fostering a learning and collaborative environment. * Qualifications: * General knowledge of computer networks and IT infrastructure. * Experience with technical support and system management tools. * Problem-solving ability and analytical thinking. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-specialists. * Educational Requirements: * Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. * Professional Experience: * Prior experience in team supervision or mentoring will be considered a plus. \*\* KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS: * Practical knowledge of operating systems, databases, and IT tools. * Proficiency in project management and technical support software. * Ability to multitask and manage priorities in dynamic environments. **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** Nova Prata, RS, BR Full-time CLT On-site
