In this role, you will supervise and be accountable for operational facilities regarding safety, quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Execute routine extrusion line operations, ensuring team members follow policies and procedures related to employee, food, and feed safety, as well as environmental compliance. * Monitor production results—including quantity and quality—to ensure customer and food safety requirements meet specifications. * Partner with production supervisors to meet customer specifications and schedules. * Manage departmental budget and performance. * Develop operational plans and monitor routine operations across all production processes for multiple departments, processes, and shifts. * Develop, supervise, and support team members—including coaching on company values and guiding principles for assigned facilities or regions. * Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** ------------------ ### **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Proven experience in extrusion operations * Experience in end-to-end manufacturing processes * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and participation in related projects * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and experience with audits * Prior experience in team management and development ### **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience managing and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs) * Experience with ERP systems * English and/or Spanish \#LI\-Onsite \#LI\-GV1 At Cargill, every person matters.
