Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and systems **Administrative Analyst \- Canela** **Responsibilities:** * Purchasing, supplier communication, budget request handling, document organization, spreadsheet completion and control, submission of documents for financial payment. * Goods receipt, material organization, support to company departments, shipment dispatch. **Requirements:** * Experience with administrative routines, budget forecasting, and account control. * Clear speech and strong writing ability. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and systems **Gross Salary:** R$2\.500,00 \+ benefits (Meal allowance: R$30.00 per business day; monthly recharge on CAJU meal card, with 20% payroll deduction); Transportation allowance (6% payroll deduction) or fuel assistance (CAJU mobility card, no payroll deduction); Health insurance, dental insurance, and Panvel pharmacy discount plan (available after 90 days). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48, with a 1-hour break.
