We are looking for a proactive, organized, and committed Systems Development Analyst to join our team. **Main responsibilities:** Provide technical support to employees, assisting users, clarifying doubts, and guiding them on the correct use of corporate systems; Conduct tests and support users during acceptance testing, assist in implementation projects and version updates; Review business processes to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and documentation needs; Monitor and ensure proper integration of the TOTVS Protheus ERP with other corporate systems; Assist business areas, IT, and software vendors by acting as the bridge connecting internal user requirements to technological solutions. , **Requirements:** Degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; Knowledge of TOTVS Protheus ERP systems; Knowledge of SQL Server databases (creating queries, reports, and data extraction); Experience in the role of Systems Analyst or similar activities; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
