Your responsibilities: * Supervise the fleet maintenance team (mechanics, electricians, and assistants); * Plan, monitor, and validate preventive and corrective maintenance of trucks; * Manage contracts and relationships with parts suppliers, service providers, and outsourced repair shops; * Control budgets, maintenance costs, and material consumption; * Ensure fleet availability and reliability for operations; * Monitor fleet performance indicators (costs, downtime, availability, consumption, etc.); * Manage vehicle documentation and track mandatory schedules (registrations, insurance, tachographs, etc.); * Support the transportation department in vehicle scheduling and release; * Promote continuous improvement in maintenance processes and fleet management.
