Then join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Structural Calculation and Sizing:** Perform complex calculations and sizing of components across the full product range, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with technical standards. **Modeling and Simulation:** Conduct advanced simulations of structural behavior to assess technical feasibility. **Research and Development (R&D):** Lead research into new technologies, calculation methods, and materials to optimize costs and create competitive advantages for the company. **Test and Trial Management:** Plan, conduct, and interpret laboratory tests to validate new products and ensure quality and durability of current structures. **Technical Mentoring and Leadership:** Serve as a mentor for team development, supporting management in balancing workloads and standardizing technical knowledge. **Technical Documentation and Recordkeeping:** Prepare calculation manuals, reports, and technical drawings, ensuring manufacturing and assembly details faithfully reflect project assumptions. **Process and Tool Management:** Develop and validate calculation tools, technical manuals, and workflows to optimize productivity and standardization within the department. **Intervention and Continuous Improvement:** Implement corrective actions for manufacturing/assembly issues and continuously propose innovations to internal processes. **Technical-Commercial Support:** Act as a technical consultant during negotiations and solution definition, enhancing market competitiveness and conveying technical confidence to customers. **Institutional and Regulatory Representation:** Participate in external committees (e.g., ABNT) and technical forums, keeping the company updated and influential in industry guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree in engineering; * Proficiency in structural calculation; * AutoCAD: familiarity with engineering software (2D and 3D). **Additional Information** Profit-Sharing Program (PPR); Health insurance; Comprehensive dental plan; On-site medical, dental, and outpatient care; Meals (on-site cafeteria offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner); Transportation allowance; Full life insurance; Birthday gift; Christmas basket; 15-minute daily reduced working hours; Various partnerships (nutritional and psychological services, plus medical clinics, educational institutions, and others); Infrastructure (parking, convenience store, kiosk, soccer fields, and beach volleyball court); Company product purchase privilege at special rates.
