As a **Boilermaker**, your **main responsibilities** will include: * Interpreting technical drawings, isometric drawings, and fabrication projects. * Performing layout markings using manual tools such as scaled rulers, compasses, set squares, punches, etc. * Handling and/or lifting materials, components, and equipment. * Identifying materials used in boilermaking. * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Fabricating basic piping, metal structures, and components using the following tools: oxy-fuel torch, grinder, plasma cutter, shear, hand drills and bench drills, magnetic-base electric drill, etc. We seek candidates with the following **competencies**: * Knowledge of bending machines, rolling machines, presses, and guillotines; * Knowledge of electric welding; * Knowledge of oxy-fuel cutting equipment; * Knowledge of gases used in oxy-fuel cutting; * Intermediate-level mathematics knowledge for layout development; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. We expect the following **qualifications**: * Minimum completed elementary education, Boilermaking course, Mechanical Technician course, and Welding course. The following experiences or skills are desirable but not mandatory: * Experience: Electric welding * Industry experience: Experience in the industrial sector.
