Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Engineering (postgraduate studies in agronomy- or biology-related fields are preferred). * Minimum 3 years’ experience implementing and managing research experiments in corn, soybean, and sorghum. * Experience collecting data via remote sensing (e.g., drones). * Intermediate English proficiency is preferred. * Strong teamwork skills and ability to lead groups during field activities. * Problem-solving capability. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), iOS, and email applications. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B or higher. * Willingness to travel.
