We are seeking a professional for the finance department: FINANCIAL ASSISTANT Responsibilities Organize files and documentation Assist in recording cash flow (inflows and outflows) and controlling accounts payable and receivable Verify whether internal company records match bank statements, identifying discrepancies Issue invoices, bank slips, and prepare documents for accounting or auditing Assist in preparing spreadsheets and periodic financial reports to support decision-making Handle accounts payable and receivable Organize financial records, assist in payroll processing, and support budgeting Requirements Bachelor's degree in progress in exact sciences fields preferred Experience in finance, including organization and management of files and documentation, accounts payable and receivable Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial systems Starting salary: R$2.000,00 + food card benefit R$643,00 (20% payroll deduction) Benefits: Medical and dental assistance Wellhub, Gympass Life insurance Meal allowance Transportation allowance Employment type: Full-time Compensation: Starting from R$2.000,00 per month Selection question(s): * Briefly describe your experience handling accounts payable Work location: On-site
