Job Summary: A professional to identify, implement, and monitor yield trials, phenotyping, and quality evaluations using advanced technologies and data management. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or Agricultural and Forestry Engineering. * Postgraduate studies, Master’s, or Ph.D. are preferred; * Experience in implementing and conducting research experiments (minimum 3 years) in corn, soybean, and sorghum. * Experience in remote sensing data collection (e.g., drones). * Experience in drone image analysis and processing; * Intermediate English proficiency is preferred. * Strong teamwork and leadership skills for field activities. * Problem-solving ability. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), iOS, email, and Power BI. * Driver’s license category B or higher. * Willingness to travel.
