Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service and hotel reservation management, ensuring service excellence and operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure service excellence **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond to customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, or other channels, providing information on rates, availability, services, and hotel policies. * Register and confirm reservations in the PMS (Property Management System). * Verify availability and conditions for individual, group, or event reservations. * Send proposals and quotations to customers according to commercial standards. * Update distribution channels (OTAs, booking engine, GDS) as needed. * Perform modifications, cancellations, and upgrades to existing reservations according to policy. * Follow reservation guarantee procedures (credit card, advance payment, no-show, etc.). * Collaborate with front desk, sales, events, and finance departments to ensure service excellence. * Maintain reservation reports and occupancy rate metrics. * Suggest improvements to the reservation and customer service processes. **Work Schedule/Shift Rotation:** One week from 08:00 to 17:48 (Monday to Friday), and another week from 08:00 to 16:20 (Monday to Saturday) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting at R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed high school (Mandatory) Experience: * Customer service experience (Preferred) * Sales experience (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred)
