Maintaining organization and a welcoming reception environment Receptionist – 12x36 shift schedule (position targeted toward female candidates) Nogueira Rivelli Irmãos Ltda. is looking for a proactive, attentive, and organized professional to work as a Receptionist on a 12x36 shift schedule. Working hours: 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM (day shift). Main responsibilities: Greet and direct customers courteously and efficiently; open and close accounts; and perform other duties pertinent to the role. Access control: Manage the flow of people or vehicles entering and exiting. Organization: Maintain an orderly reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment. Required qualifications: Completed high school education; prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); full availability for the 12x36 shift schedule (including weekends and holidays); excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanor, organization, and proactivity. Preference for candidates residing near Roosevelt neighborhood.
