Are you familiar with Grupo Spasso? We are a group of companies operating in the agribusiness sector, specializing in secure grain storage. We currently have an opening for a new group development project. If you have construction site experience and wish to join a group that grows year after year, this opportunity may be for you. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assemble concrete formwork (beams, columns, and slabs) * Build and assemble wooden structures (roofs, stairs) * Install temporary structures (fences, sheds) * Interpret technical drawings and measurements * Cut, assemble, and secure wooden components * Follow safety regulations and wear PPE **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Proven experience** as a carpenter in civil construction * **Knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints/projects** * **Proficiency with manual and electric tools** (handsaw, planer, drill, etc.) * **Basic knowledge of occupational safety and PPE usage** * **Ability to work in a team and follow instructions** * **Good physical condition** (manual labor and standing for extended periods) * **Willingness to work on construction sites** **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7 AM to 5 PM; Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM Work Location: Industrial District, Uberlândia Project Duration: Approximately 1 year **SALARY AND BENEFITS:** **Salary:** R$2\.300,00 **Benefits:** * Monthly food basket * Transportation allowance of R$11.40 per working day * Attendance incentive: R$200.00 if no absences occur during the month * Hazard pay: 20%
