Checkout Operator (Logistics)

Description

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 9:48 PM **Salary:** R$2\.111,10 **Benefits: Bonus in meal vouchers:** R$200.00 in meal vouchers (based on achievement of behavioral goals) \+ productivity bonus (based on performance) ***On-site meals, Medical and Dental Plans, Commuter Benefit (bus), Life Insurance, Day\-off, Gympass, Pharmacy Plan, MediQuo, Tangará Club, and other commercial partnerships.*** **Responsibilities**: * Ensure accurate and order-compliant merchandise picking. * Conduct product verification to guarantee that inventory shipments occur without shortages, overages, or damages. * Set up and organize the picking line within your assigned area to maximize efficiency and productivity. * Pack products securely into master cartons, preserving merchandise integrity. * Assist with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the workplace environment. * Deliver high-quality customer service in accordance with company-defined standards and procedures. * Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, per internal training and safety guidelines. * Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations, correctly using PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), ensuring personal physical safety and that of fellow employees. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures, consulting them whenever necessary to ensure service quality for both internal and external customers. * Perform related duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor. * Support annual, monthly, and cyclical inventory counts to enhance inventory accuracy. **Requirements:** Completed high school education and prior experience in logistics operations, warehousing, picking, and/or merchandise verification.
