Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Specialist to lead continuous improvement projects, innovate and optimize processes, generate impact, and transform challenges into efficient solutions. Your Responsibilities * Lead continuous improvement projects using **Kaizen, PDCA, Lean, and Six Sigma**; * Develop process engineering projects to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality; * Participate in new product development (PD) and new business initiatives; * Map, analyze, and optimize Adfert and New Agro production processes; * Conduct technical studies and equipment/machinery quotations; * Develop performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor results; * Conduct training sessions and promote the continuous improvement culture across teams. ✅ What We Expect From You * Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering** or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in a related field; * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in Process or Continuous Improvement areas; * Advanced **English** proficiency; * Knowledge of Project Management (PMBOK and Agile methodologies); * Solid experience with **Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and PDCA**; * Proficiency in developing and analyzing KPIs and performance indicators; * Familiarity with process modeling tools such as **Bizagi, MS Visio, or BPM/BPMS platforms**. ? Preferred Qualifications * Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach; * Ability to drive change and influence teams; * Strong communication skills, systemic vision, and innovative spirit. ?
