Shift scheduling management and customer service Perishables Supervisor (Chilled Products) **\*Supermarket experience required\*** Responsibilities: Guide, monitor, and resolve issues related to the perishables department (frozen and dairy products); monitor private-label product production processes; provide customer service; manage department shift scheduling; perform substitutions when necessary; execute checklists; fulfill all requests from supervision and commercial departments; manage department staff; and handle department-related matters.
