Opportunity for professionals with commitment and agility A solid agribusiness company currently experiencing growth is seeking a Production Assistant. **Main Responsibilities:** * Directly participate in the product manufacturing process, executing steps according to company standards * Operate and feed the production line with raw materials * Perform weighing, mixing, separation, and/or packaging of materials (as per the production process) * Carry out material loading and unloading, using forklifts/pallet jacks or other equipment when necessary * Handle internal movement of inputs and finished products * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to company standards * Assist in organizing inventory and storing materials * Follow safety regulations and operational procedures * Support other operational tasks as required by production (multifunctional activity) **Requirements:** * Completed elementary or high school education * Availability for operational work involving physical effort * Willingness to engage in dynamic activities and industrial routines * Commitment, responsibility, and agility **Preferred Qualification:** * Forklift operator certification **Expected Profile:** Professional with strong organizational sense, operational discipline, and focus on quality execution. Must reside in Uberlândia Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:50 (1-hour break) Meal allowance: BRL 300.00 Hazard pay: 20% Transportation allowance Breakfast and afternoon snack Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: BRL 0.01 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
