Focus on sales and customer service **Position: Information Technology Technician (CLT – with Commission)** We are hiring an **Information Technology Technician** with **proven experience**, strong communication skills, and the ability to **work in a team**, to join our store. We seek a proactive, organized, and commercially minded professional who excels in public interaction and is results-oriented. **Responsibilities:** * In-person, WhatsApp, and telephone customer service * Diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of computers, laptops, and peripherals * Installation and configuration of operating systems, software, and basic networks * Clearly and concisely explaining technical services and solutions to customers * Directly engaging in sales of store products and services * Collaborating with the team to ensure the best customer experience * Organizing the service bench and recording completed service interactions **Requirements:** * **Proven experience in the IT field (mandatory)** * Strong communication skills and ease in customer service * Commercial mindset and sales focus * Ability to **work in a team** * Completed high school education * At least 18 years of age * Knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, and iOS) * Experience with MacBook and Apple devices * Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in an IT retail store * Knowledge of laptops, formatting, backup, and printers * Basic networking knowledge * Experience with performance targets and commissions **Employment Type:** * CLT * Market-competitive salary * Commission based on store revenue (starting from the 3rd month) * Stable work environment * Opportunity for professional growth **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
