Manage contracts and departmental KPIs Santa Lúcia Slaughterhouse is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the efficiency and strategy of the procurement and supply department. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate procurement processes for production and administrative inputs; Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal cost, quality, and delivery timelines; Manage contracts and departmental KPIs; Control budget and drive cost reduction; Ensure continuous supply for industrial operations; Strategically support demand and inventory planning. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed (in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields); Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the meat processing or industrial sector; Experience in strategic negotiation and contract management; Knowledge of inventory management, KPIs, and budgetary control; Analytical mindset, leadership ability, and results orientation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the meat processing sector; Familiarity with ERP systems; Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
