We are headquartered in Uberlândia\-MG and serve clients throughout Brazil. We are looking for a **Performance Process and Operations Analyst**, responsible for structuring, optimizing, and ensuring efficiency in Boomer’s internal workflows. You will collaborate directly with Media, Design, CS, and Growth teams, identifying bottlenecks, improving ClickUp usage, and implementing routines that enhance operational predictability and productivity.
