




Job Summary: The professional will work with low-voltage generators, performing and supervising inspections and maintenance, scheduling activities and materials, and participating in failure analysis and improvement projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: Tasks to be performed: Work with low-voltage generators 1\) Perform and supervise inspection and maintenance services or technical activities on installations, machines, and equipment of low complexity within the specialist's area of expertise, in accordance with pre-established standards, aiming for maximum process availability for production or supporting the development of projects and studies. 2\) Assist in scheduling inspection, maintenance, and repair activities for routine maintenance, issuing service orders. 3\) Schedule material requirements necessary for routine repairs/maintenance, specifying required parts and requesting necessary supplies. 4\) Review emergency incident reports and monitor the development of corrective actions to eliminate occurrences. 5\) Perform calculations required for technical studies, identifying potential interferences and proposing appropriate modifications and adjustments. 6\) Collect information and records of maintenance execution/inspection to support the revision of planning or technical projects and studies. 7\) Participate, together with the technical team, in analyses of failures, proposing solutions and improvements to processes. 8\) Participate in the planning and implementation of improvement projects and their testing phases. 9\) Assist in training employees of the Basic Group. 10\) Meet departmental performance indicators and seek continuous improvement thereof. 11\) Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment during service execution. 12\) Ensure custody, preservation, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment, instruments, and materials used, as well as the workplace. In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the position is also responsible for performing other secondary and occasional tasks as required by the department, complying with organizational procedures regarding Quality, Environment, and Occupational Safety and Health, in accordance with the SGI's procedures, programs, and instructions.
