Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. **Job Description** We are seeking a professional to serve as a **Construction Supervisor**, responsible for supervising, planning, and coordinating on-site activities, ensuring services are executed with quality, within schedule, and with efficient use of available resources. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and guide the construction site work team, assign tasks, and ensure execution in accordance with the plan. * Plan construction activities and monitor physical and financial progress of the works. * Control materials, equipment, and resources, ensuring their proper utilization. * Ensure adherence to deadlines, schedules, budgets, and quality standards. * Promote communication with the team, suppliers, and superiors to align expectations and resolve issues. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations. **Requirements** * Prior experience in construction supervision or site supervision. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. * Leadership, organizational, and strong communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and control tools (Excel / schedules) is desirable. **Compensation** * Salary to be negotiated.
