




Job Summary: The professional will monitor and handle vehicles under maintenance, monitor traffic violations, and manage claims, maintaining direct contact with customers and internal departments. Claims management and direct contact with customers and internal departments Monitoring and handling of all vehicles under maintenance; the role includes managing a customer portfolio. Monitoring and tracking of traffic violations committed by drivers (extracting reports from the traffic fine portal, sending links to customers, updating emails associated with fleet license plates). Release of reserve vehicles. Control and request of documents from drivers involved in claims and traffic accidents. Contact with third-party drivers to explain procedures. Direct contact with internal departments responsible for handling client requests. Receiving rental and additional charge measurements for analysis and forwarding to clients. **Minimum Education:** High School (Secondary Education) Medical insurance, dental insurance, transportation allowance, meal allowance.
