Activities include technical field support, agronomic solution recommendations, technical-commercial support to distributors, and participation in events, field days, and commercial presentations—contributing to portfolio expansion and generation of new business. We seek autonomous professionals, results-oriented, with strong relationship-building skills and market insight. **Requirements and qualifications** ✔️Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related fields; ✔️Specialization in Plant Nutrition, Agribusiness, Sales, or related areas; ✔️Familiarity with the region and product distribution channels is desirable; ✔️Commercial experience in Plant Nutrition is desirable.
