We are seeking a Senior Prompt Engineer with a strong orientation to work with one of our major clients. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and domain experts to understand business challenges, data sources, and success metrics for projects and systems integrated with AI models. * Build agents and other software systems with integration capabilities. * Possess the knowledge and mindset to deliver high-quality training to business teams. * Design and execute experiments with LLMs. * Evaluate model performance and experimental results, iterating rapidly based on findings. * Present findings, data-driven insights, and actionable recommendations for next steps to both technical and, primarily, non-technical audiences. * Contribute ideas and insights, apply innovative evaluation methods, and thereby design product features leveraging LLM capabilities. Knowledge Base: * Solid understanding of GenAI models—differences, applications, and available tools in the market. * Familiarity with backend development, API construction in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or equivalent. * Knowledge of interacting with AI models via APIs. * Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and deployment management in Kubernetes environments. Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with Project Management domains is a significant advantage. * Experience building emerging technologies integrated with LLMs, such as RAGs, MCPs, or multi-agent systems. * Familiarity with data science methodologies (data analysis, evals, or advanced statistical analysis techniques). * Experience in machine learning (e.g., ML model inference and training). Proven experience with AI platforms and applications. Broad market awareness of AI, with ability to assess different tools and approaches.
