As a **Planner II**, your **key responsibilities** will include: * Participate in meetings for maintenance planning. * Develop technical service scopes of medium complexity. * Receive and review maintenance requests. * Verify on-site required resources (materials and personnel) to implement and ensure maintenance plans. • Negotiate with operations and supervision the scheduled dates for planned activities. • Generate work orders for maintenance execution. * Issue purchase requisitions, material and resource requests. * Monitor the progress of scheduled activities. * Manage the maintenance backlog within your area of responsibility. * Participate in developing the spare parts list. * Lead meetings for prioritizing and communicating planning activities. * Support planning of shutdowns. * Propose improvements to the planning system. We expect you to have the following **qualifications**: * Technical degree in an industrial field. * Experience in continuous-process industry. We expect you to possess the following **technical competencies**: * PERT/CPM diagrams. * Maintenance concepts (preventive, predictive, corrective). * Functional identification of TAGs (instrumentation symbology standards). * Documentation (loop diagrams, P&I flow diagrams, logic and interlock diagrams, data sheets). * Instruments and their functions. * Microsoft Office suite and advanced MS Project. * ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 standards. * SAP – Protective Module. * Knowledge of and ability to assess routine performance indicators. * Technical English. The following experiences or skills are **desirable but not mandatory**: * Ongoing undergraduate degree in Engineering or related fields. * Experience in industrial maintenance planning.
