




Job Summary: A Purchasing Assistant to support the procurement of parts, tires, equipment, and services, ensuring organization, agility, and compliance throughout the processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support the preparation of quotations and the development of commercial spreadsheets. 2. Register purchase orders, track deliveries, and monitor material deadlines. 3. Assist with inventories and control of strategic material stock. We are seeking a **Purchasing Assistant** to support the procurement process for parts, tires, equipment, vehicles, and services related to fleet management and internal operations. The professional will be responsible for supporting departmental routines, ensuring organization, agility, and compliance in purchasing processes. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support quotation requests to suppliers of general products, services, and equipment; * Assist in preparing and updating spreadsheets containing commercial proposals, pricing, and delivery timelines; * Register purchase orders in the system and monitor the process through to delivery; * Monitor deadlines and support the control of material receipt; * Assist with inventory execution and strategic material stock control; * Support general purchasing department routines and requests. ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in progress are desirable); * Prior experience in administrative or purchasing roles; * Basic negotiation skills; * Basic knowledge of Excel and integrated systems. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in purchasing and budgeting expertise; * Knowledge of ERP systems (Protheus/TOTVS preferred). ### **Behavioral Profile** We seek an organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn, who works well in teams and pays attention to detail. **On-site work – Uberlândia/MG** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
