




Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and organizing the restaurant, sanitizing areas and equipment, restocking supplies, and disposing of waste, in accordance with hygiene and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment 2. Perform cleaning and sanitation of floors, walls, and equipment 3. Complete daily/weekly checklists and hygiene standards * Clean and organize restaurant areas. * Sanitize floors, walls, countertops, doors, glass surfaces, and equipment according to routine. * Restock cleaning supplies and hygiene items (paper towels, soap, etc.). * Dispose of waste properly. * Wash and organize utensils, dishes, and cookware. * Complete daily/weekly checklists and adhere to hygiene and food safety standards.
