Learn more about this opportunity and submit your application!** **Your responsibilities:** Operate tractors and agricultural implements in fertilizer and soil acidity corrector production activities within the composting area. **Responsibilities and duties** **Learn more about your tasks:** * Operate wheeled tractors in composting unit operation and conservation activities, aiming to meet the established productivity standard for each activity; * Operate agricultural implements related to the activity; * Operate compost turners to form compost windrows according to production orders; * Move and turn windrows using compost turning equipment (Menart); * Ensure movement of waste, raw materials, inputs, and products per supervisors’ instructions; * Perform irrigation of windrows and compost plant pathways using agricultural tanks per production orders; * Ensure completion of logging records, safety checklists, and other internal forms; * Maintain and preserve machines and vehicles, performing basic mechanical repairs; * Request preventive and corrective maintenance services; * Ensure personal safety and that of other employees and visitors during tractor, forklift, and vehicle operation; * Occasionally drive light and heavy vehicles, complying with procedures and regulatory norms; * Operate fertilizer and input distributors (ECOAgrícola) per production orders; * Respect and comply with safety regulations and use of Personal and Collective Protective Equipment; * Comply with traffic laws, as all penalties (fines) arising from this activity, per company policy, are the driver’s responsibility; * Uphold the Code of Ethics; * Comply with applicable legislation, company rules, and regulations; * Safeguard company assets and resources; * Perform duties under close and continuous supervision; * Carry out other related duties as determined by immediate supervisors and according to department/company needs. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we expect from you:** * Completed high school education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license category B; * Tractor operator or agricultural machinery training course; * Experience in rural areas or agro-industries; * Availability to work rotating shifts (4X4\). 07:00 to 19:00\. Located in the Triângulo Mineiro region, between the municipalities of Araguari and Indianópolis, the factory has an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons and will use raw material sourced exclusively from 100% certified forests. Forest areas utilized by the company will feature robust monitoring and protection infrastructure. All soluble cellulose produced will be exported to Lenzing’s factories, where it will be transformed into low-environmental-impact fiber for use in yarns and textiles for clothing, as well as other applications such as wet wipes, facial masks, and hygiene products.
