Learn more about this position and register now!** **Your role:** Operate tractors and agricultural implements in fertilizer and soil acidity correctant production activities within the composting area. **Responsibilities and duties** **Learn more about your activities:** * Operate wheel tractors in operational tasks and maintenance of the composting unit, aiming to meet the established productivity standards for each activity; * Operate agricultural implements related to the activity; * Operate a compost turner to form composting windrows according to production orders; * Move and turn compost windrows using a compost turning machine (Menart); * Ensure movement of waste, raw materials, inputs, and products as directed by supervisors; * Carry out irrigation of windrows and composting plant pathways using an agricultural tank according to production orders; * Ensure completion of reports, safety checklists, and other internal forms; * Maintain and preserve machinery and vehicles, performing basic mechanical repairs; * Request preventive and corrective maintenance services; * Ensure personal safety and the safety of other employees and visitors during tractor operation, forklift use, and vehicle driving; * Occasionally drive light and heavy vehicles, complying with procedures and regulatory standards; * Operate fertilizer and input spreader (ECOAgrícola) according to production orders; * Respect and follow safety regulations and the use of Personal and Collective Protective Equipment; * Comply with traffic laws, as all penalties (fines) resulting from work-related activities are the driver's responsibility, per company policy; * Uphold the code of ethics; * Comply with current legislation, company rules, and regulations; * Safeguard company assets and resources; * Perform duties under close and continuous supervision; * Carry out additional related tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor and according to area/company needs. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we expect from you:** * High School Diploma; * Valid CNH B driver's license; * Tractor operator or agricultural machinery training course; * Experience in rural areas or agro-industries; * Availability to work on a shift schedule (4X4\). 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (DAY SHIFT). **Additional information** **What we offer:** Medical insurance; Dental insurance; Food allowance and meals on site; Gympass; Free shuttle transportation for employees; PLR (Profit and Results Sharing); Emotional, social, financial, legal counseling, and incident support (ACOLHER Program); Pharmacy discount plan (optional); Private pension plan (optional); Life insurance (optional); Discounts on Dexco products (Deca, Portinari, Hydra, Ceusa, Durafloor…); Discounts on SESI / MG network schools; Discounts on technical courses, undergraduate and graduate degrees, master's and doctoral programs at various institutions; Discounts at clubs and water parks; * And much more! **Register now for our selection process. Located in the Triângulo Mineiro region, between the cities of Araguari and Indianópolis, the factory has an annual production capacity of 500 thousand tons and will use raw material sourced entirely from certified forests. The forest areas used by the company will have a robust infrastructure for monitoring and protection. All soluble pulp produced will be exported to Lenzing factories, where it will be transformed into low environmental impact fiber for use in yarns and fabrics for clothing, as well as other applications such as wet wipes, facial masks, and hygiene products.
