Job Summary: Responsible for operating, monitoring, and ensuring the proper functioning of machines and equipment, guaranteeing efficient and safe execution of the production process and the quality of items produced. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment **Machine Operator** Responsible for operating, monitoring, and ensuring the proper functioning of production machinery and equipment, guaranteeing efficient and safe execution of production process stages. Works to ensure the quality, quantity, and efficiency of produced items, strictly complying with occupational safety, environmental, and good manufacturing practice standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate production line machinery, such as automatic and semi-automatic fillers, following technical instructions and company procedures. * Monitor the production process, performing visual inspections to ensure product quality (fill level, cap application, etc.). * Participate in machine preparation and adjustment for production changeovers (setup). * Perform minor operational adjustments and report any equipment failures or anomalies. * Assist in line sanitation and sector organization. * Support material handling along the production line. * Record production data and operational incidents. * Maintain a clean, organized working environment compliant with quality and safety standards. * Support the team in operational activities and continuous improvement initiatives. **Working Hours: Monday to Saturday** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM \- Alternate Saturdays **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** ● Familiarity with types of industrial machinery and their purposes; ● Proficiency in adjustments, tool changes, and general operation; ● Understanding of safety standards and preventive/corrective maintenance; ● Knowledge of the production process of the machine under one's responsibility.
