Job Summary: The kitchen assistant will be responsible for assisting with meal service, preparing salads, performing general cleaning of the restaurant, and maintaining kitchen organization to support daily operations. Support the restaurant's daily operations Your challenges will include: * Assisting the cook during employee meal service, respecting portion sizes defined by the nutritionist; * Preparing salads according to the daily menu; * Performing general cleaning of the restaurant, including dining area and utensil sanitation; * Washing dishes and cutlery, and maintaining kitchen organization; * Supporting daily routines to ensure smooth restaurant operations. We are looking for someone with: * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in the field is desirable.
