**Main Responsibilities**
* Monitor execution of on-site activities (structural work, finishing, installations, etc.).
* Support the responsible engineer in schedule control, service measurement, and field team management.
* Collect, organize, and input construction site data (productivity, material consumption, working hours, etc.) into spreadsheets and internal systems.
* Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, technical plans, and basic coordination using AutoCAD.
* Support preparation of construction progress reports, checklists, meeting minutes, and photographic records.
* Monitor suppliers, material deliveries, and manage construction-related documents (daily reports, invoices, reports, etc.).
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards on site.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* **Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering (preferably from the 4th or 5th semester onward).**
* Availability for in-person internship in Uberlândia/MG.
* Availability for 6 hours/day.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (basic data entry and analysis, spreadsheet creation, filters, simple charts).
* Basic AutoCAD knowledge for reading and making minor modifications to plans and details.
* Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (plans, sections, details).
* **Genuine interest in working on construction sites (field environment, dynamic routine, interaction with operational teams).**

* Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
* Experience with any construction management system.
* Short courses in construction planning, productivity, cost management, or occupational safety.
* **Driver's license (CNH B), if required to visit multiple construction fronts.**
