Work alongside the Legal Controller of DSF Advogados to consolidate a centralized DSF information and service hub, generating insights and in-depth analyses of firm data. **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct end-to-end lifecycle analysis, including requirements, activities, and project design. * Develop analytical and reporting skills for information. * Monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvement opportunities. * Conduct end-to-end lifecycle analysis, including requirements, activities, and project design. * Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and deliver progress reports. * Design and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality. * Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/systems. * Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets. * Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printed outputs, and performance indicators to locate and correct coding issues. * Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs. * Identify and define new process improvement opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education/qualification in data and law fields. * Technical expertise in data modeling, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques. * Knowledge of and experience with reporting tools (e.g., BusinessObjects), databases (e.g., SQL), programming (e.g., XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks). * Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical software packages for dataset analysis (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS). * Excellent analytical skills and ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large volumes of information with attention to detail and accuracy. * Enthusiasm for research, report writing, and presenting findings. **Additional Information** Employment type: CLT Working hours: 8:20 AM–12:00 PM and 1:10–6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
